This full body strength, cardio endurance and fitness all-in-one is our most popular class. Expect a bundle of variety using a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, medicine balls, TRX and more

We PLACE emphasis on total body functional strength using dumbbells and kettlebells. Choose your own weights and we'll focus on strengthening full muscle groups while promoting great form and technique
